The recognized documents will be imported in two different way : A) as a business invoice with all detailed lines with item and quantity or B) the invoice is directly imported with a summary in the accountancy. The choice can be configured per supplier. Choice A) permit reconciliation with supplier deliveries for quantity and price control. All invoices must pass the build in payment approval process. The payment approval process can be customized with different responsible and level of responsibility.
