We have developed a connector that uses your subscription plan. These are the most competitive options.
In addition, you are not locked into a single solution. You can choose your AI, also depending on the price of the subscription.
Our connector uses predefined internal skills. This makes it faster and, above all, has the advantage of using significantly less of your subscription allowance.

3. Does an operator connected to the ERP via AI have access to everything?
No. With Silicon ioi, we have implemented a system with confidentiality levels, action capabilities and graduated permissions that are easy to implement.
They provide an additional layer of protection on top of the access rights management you already have in place. And of course, the AI connector also respects the access rights assigned to operators.
What is interesting about the AI assistant is that you can also request an access audit. This provides an easy way to validate your security policy.
4. Which AI systems can be connected?
All well-known AI systems have MCP access.
They must comply with the MCP (Model Context Protocol) standard.

5. How is this standard connector effective with Silicon ioi? Do I need to teach it how to use Silicon ioi?
We have implemented the skills required for effective use of AI within Silicon ioi directly in the assistant.
Basically, you do not need to teach it anything to get started. You can be productive straight away.
We regularly update its skills to optimise response times and guide you towards best practices.
Direct access to and use of the functions as they are intended allows you to be operational immediately.
6. Can I teach it the best business practices used in my company?
Yes, if you have specific business practices or particular ways of working with Silicon ioi, you can pass on your business expertise and working methods by interacting with the ERP and the AI.
Your skills will complement the standard ioi skills. You have access to them and can adjust them.
Important: These skills specific to your company are stored in the Silicon ioi ERP. They are not made public.
7. Do I need to be logged into the Silicon ioi ERP to use it?
Once authentication has been completed, you no longer need to remain logged in.
Example: You are driving and interacting with your AI app installed on your smartphone. You verbally request access to Silicon ioi and can work while keeping your eyes on the road. The AI operator interacts with you conversationally.
The results are read out to you, and the operations performed are also confirmed verbally.
The same applies when you are using your laptop or tablet.
8. Can the AI create documents based on my requests, such as a PowerPoint presentation or an XLSX spreadsheet?
Yes, data collected from the ERP can also be formatted appropriately by the AI using common formats such as PowerPoint presentations or Excel files.
If you are not satisfied with the look, simply ask for adjustments to create a more attractive and stylish presentation.
9. Can the AI analyse results and create dynamic charts using Business Intelligence tools within the Silicon ioi ERP?
Yes, Silicon ioi provides an integrated BI tool called ‘Insights’. The skills required to create graphical reports are available to produce attractive analyses, save them and publish them to targeted users.
The BI capabilities available are highly advanced. The connected AI can create a highly detailed and comprehensive report for you in record time. In addition, its knowledge of accounting and business processes enables it to cross-reference data in highly relevant ways. You also have access to analysis tools such as pivot tables integrated into Silicon ioi. This provides another highly professional and powerful approach to processing and presenting data.
10. If I am an accountant, can I easily connect to several client files?
Yes, we designed the MCP connector to support multi-file access. You can switch accounting files with a prompt or a voice command.
However, we have been very careful with these access permissions. Strict authorisations are required and can be granted or blocked by your client.

11. If I am an accountant, can I connect to several files belonging to the same client to perform overall analyses or consolidation?
Yes, you can ask the AI to work across several files to extract information and aggregate, consolidate or compare it.
In addition, you can place your results into accounting and/or commercial transactions within a consolidation file. It is up to you to provide the appropriate instructions to meet your requirements.
These instructions can be provided through several transactions in order to build and validate the process in multiple stages. You can even use this consolidation file as a target for the AI during a future execution.
Please note that this involves highly advanced processing requiring multiple agents.
12. Can I ask the AI connected to Silicon ioi to monitor certain behaviours and alert me when specific warning signs appear?
Yes, the AI can set up advanced notifications that trigger alerts, such as sending emails or creating tasks for specific people.
But the AI can go even further by providing highly detailed diagnostics. For example, it can give you an overview of your cash position, present a forecast of your future cash flow and compare it with your financing capacity in relation to changes in your working capital requirements.
