Silicon ioi integrate Sales invoice transfer with UBL European standard invoice format through the European PEPPOL network and we integrate too the reception of invoice coming from this PEPPOL network. This features is integrated as a standard. Identification in the Peppol network is integrated and very easy to user. ioi support different identification for the PEPPOL network key as VAT number, company number, and many different others. Reception of invoice is integrated in our scanning OCR tool to have a one point of incoming invoices (scanner or e-invoice). A customizable matching engine perform reconciliation with deliveries and or orders from the suppliers. This reconciliation process highlights quantities and prices differences. Invoices received must pass in the built in payment approval process. Invoice matching can be customized for each supplier or customers. For industry, silicon ioi can be configured to receive other format used in other countries.
